Privacy Policy

Last updated: September 6, 2024

This Privacy Policy describes how Tynlix (“we”, “us”, “our”) collects, uses, stores, discloses and protects information when you interact with our mobile applications, web experiences and any associated services (collectively, the “Service”). By accessing or using the Service, you acknowledge that you have read this Policy and agree to the practices outlined here.

We process information exclusively to operate, secure and continually improve the Service. We do not sell Personal Data. Sharing occurs only in the situations detailed below and always with appropriate safeguards.

Interpretation and Definitions

Interpretation

Words with initial capital letters have meanings defined in this section. These meanings apply whether a term appears in the singular or plural.

Definitions

Collecting and Using Information

Categories of Personal Data We May Request

When you create an Account, contact support, make purchases or participate in particular features, we may collect:

Usage Data

When you access the Service, we automatically log IP address, browser type and version, operating system details, device model, language preferences, referrer information, pages and screens visited, time-stamps, duration of sessions, in-app events, error traces and crash diagnostics. On mobile, we may additionally process application build numbers, push-notification tokens and advertising identifiers to deliver notifications and improve reliability.

Information from Social Platforms

If you opt to sign in through Google, Facebook, Instagram, Twitter or LinkedIn, and you grant the relevant permissions, we may receive profile information that platform shares (e.g., display name, avatar, email). You can revoke such sharing at any time from the external platform’s privacy controls.

Tracking Technologies and Cookies

To maintain stable sessions and understand aggregate behaviour, we use Cookies and similar technologies, including beacons, tags and scripts. Depending on context, the Service may place:

Session Cookies expire when the browser closes; Persistent Cookies remain until their programmed lifetime ends or you remove them manually. You may block or delete Cookies in your browser settings; some features may then operate with reduced capability.

Data Sharing

For infrastructure, analytics and operational needs we cooperate with trusted partners who process information under their own privacy documentation and are bound by contracts to protect it and use it only as instructed. These include, without limitation:

Use of Android API

Our application integrates Android system APIs to provide features such as approximate location hints, activity recognition, permission checks and device-state diagnostics. With your settings and consent, these APIs may access location data, motion/sensor readings and system parameters strictly to enable the advertised functions. Data is transmitted via secure channels, protected in storage using current security measures (including encryption and role-based access) and is not shared with third parties without your explicit authorisation. You can review or revoke permissions at any time in your device settings. For any questions regarding Android APIs and related data, contact us using the address listed in the Contact section.

How We Use Personal Data

When We Disclose Information

Retention of Personal Data

We retain Personal Data only as long as needed to achieve the purposes described in this Policy or to meet legal obligations, resolve disputes and enforce agreements. Usage Data may be kept longer in aggregated or anonymised form to enhance security, reliability and product decisions.

International Transfers

Your information may be processed on servers or by partners located in other jurisdictions. By providing data you consent to such transfers. We apply contractual clauses and technical safeguards designed to keep a level of protection consistent with this Policy.

Delete Your Personal Data

You can request deletion of Personal Data we hold about you. Follow the separate “Deletion Request” instructions or contact us directly. We will honour requests unless retention is legally required or necessary to protect security or prevent fraud.

Disclosure for Legal Reasons

Business Transactions

If the Company participates in a merger, acquisition or asset sale, Personal Data may transfer to the successor entity under equivalent safeguards and with prior notice.

Law Enforcement

We may disclose information when legally compelled by court order, subpoena or a comparable lawful request.

Other Legal Requirements

Security of Information

We employ layered safeguards — encryption in transit, access controls, network protections and scheduled audits. No method of transmission or storage is absolutely secure; we continuously strengthen defences to reduce residual risk.

Children’s Privacy

The Service is not directed to individuals under 13 years of age. We do not knowingly collect information from children. If you believe a child has provided Personal Data, contact us so we can remove it promptly.

External Links Disclaimer

Some areas of the Service may reference resources not operated by us. We are not responsible for the content, policies or practices of third-party sites. Review their terms before submitting information.

Changes to This Policy

We may update this Policy periodically. Revisions will appear on this page with an updated “Last updated” date. Material changes may also be announced via email or in-app notice. Continued use after changes signifies acceptance.
