Deletion Request

If you want all records associated with your account to be removed from active systems, please send an email to [email protected] containing the following sentence:

“I ask you Tynlix to delete all my usage data.”

Scope of Deletion

• complete history of in-app interactions, analytics and server events tied to your Account;
• identifiers and tokens that uniquely associate those logs with you.

After verifying the requester’s identity, we will purge the specified data from active databases unless retention is required by law or necessary to protect security and prevent abuse. A confirmation email will be sent once deletion is complete.
